Ant

Apache Ant is a Java-based build tool. In theory, it is kind of like Make, but without Make's wrinkles.

The goal of this project is to provide an open source framework for building Java web applications.

Tiles

Tiles builds on the "include" feature provided by the JavaServer Pages specification to provide a full-featured, robust framework for assembling presentation pages from component parts. Each part ("Tile") can be reused as often as needed throughout your application. This reduces the amount of markup that needs to be maintained and makes it easier to change the look and feel of a website.

Dia

Dia is a gtk+ based diagram creation program released under the GPL license. Dia is designed to be much like the commercial Windows program 'Visio'. It can be used to draw many different kinds of diagrams. It currently has special objects to help draw entity relationship diagrams, UML diagrams, flowcharts, network diagrams, and simple circuits.
