FLOSS (Free/Libre Open Source Software)
The FLOSS (Free/Libre Open Source Software) cluster is an initiative born from the EC-funded project "Three Roses" (now over). It is now driven by ELANET.
The FLOSS cluster agreed with the Three Roses consortium to take up the "old" 3Roses site and carry activities in integrated research on adoption of Open Source Software in the filed of eGovernment and development of local economies.
